lovely staff pool table room heater rickety stairs disgusting holder warm water
the staff were really lovely and looked after my team and me. i saw a pool table and a bowling alley! the food was AMAZING!!! they supplied heaters for our rooms because it's an older hotel.
the stairs were rickety. i think this could be difficult for someone with mobility problems. the toilet brush holder was disgusting and the bathroom could do with a spruce up. the cold water was warm.

Mixed experience. Needs improvement

old mattress unsightly room
The room was quite worn. i saw holes in the walls. the mattress seemed old, maybe over 30 years. It wasn't very comfortable. also, a nearby room was to be used for storage, with dirty sheets visible, and the door was often open. It looked bad.
